Plant & Peat – Workshop Terms & Conditions

By registering for this workshop, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agreed to the following terms and conditions:

Registration is confirmed only upon full payment of ₹1999/- (inclusive of GST).

Limited seats are available and will be allotted on a first-come, first-served basis.

The workshop fee includes participation in all sessions, hands-on materials, take-home goodies, and one complimentary beverage. The fee is strictly non-refundable.

Take Home goodies list subject to availability and can be changed by the discretion of the company and organizers.

A complimentary beverage worth up to ₹400/- (taxes included) will be provided per registered participant.

The complimentary beverage is non-transferable and cannot be exchanged for cash or adjusted against the workshop fee.

Any additional food or beverages ordered beyond ₹400/- must be paid directly by the participant to Third Wave Coffee.

Participants are requested to arrive at least 10 minutes before the scheduled start time.

Late entry may be permitted at the organizer's discretion; however, session time will not be extended.

In case of unavoidable circumstances, participants may transfer their seat to another person by informing the organizers at least 24 hours prior to the event.

If the event is postponed due to unforeseen circumstances beyond the organizers’ control, participants will be offered an alternate date. Refunds will not be issued in such cases.

All tools and materials provided during the workshop must be handled responsibly. Any damage caused due to negligence or misuse may be chargeable.

Participants are solely responsible for their personal belongings. The organizers and venue shall not be liable for any loss, theft, or damage.

The workshop involves the use of gardening tools, soil, compost, and related materials. Participants voluntarily assume all risks associated with such activities.

Participants agree to strictly follow all safety instructions provided by the facilitator during the workshop.

Children are welcome only if accompanied by a registered adult participant. One adult per child is permitted on one ticket.

Liability Waiver: By attending this workshop, participants acknowledge that gardening activities may involve minor risks, including but not limited to cuts, allergic reactions, minor injuries, or discomfort arising from handling tools, soil, or plants. Participants voluntarily assume full responsibility for any risk of injury or damage arising from participation. Plant & Peat, its organizers, facilitators, employees, affiliates, and the venue (Third Wave Coffee – Santacruz West) shall not be held liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, or consequential injury, loss, damage, or claim arising out of participation in the workshop, except in cases of proven gross negligence.

Participants confirm they do not have any medical condition that would prevent safe participation in light gardening activities.

Photographs and videos may be taken during the workshop for promotional and marketing purposes. By attending, participants grant Plant & Peat the right to use such media unless otherwise communicated in writing prior to the event.

The venue’s house rules and policies must be respected at all times. Any misconduct may result in removal from the workshop without refund.

The organizers reserve the right to make reasonable modifications to the workshop structure, materials, or schedule if necessary.
